Flamingo Horticulture is seeking a Nursery Operative to join the Lincolnshire team. The role involves assisting in nursery duties such as potting, spacing, pinching, and packing to deliver high-quality, compliant products.

You will inform Team Leader of quality issues, support Lean and CI improvements, and ensure all items are packed to the current specification and loaded for despatch. Full-time, onsite with benefits available.

• Inform Team Leader/Area Leader of quality issues; help develop Lean and CI processes; report concerns and ensure products are packed to specification.
