Job summary

Flamingo Horticulture is recruiting for a full-time Despatch & Picker role in the United Kingdom. The position focuses on ensuring accurate despatch, correct picking, and timely completion of orders, with strong emphasis on health and safety and paperwork accuracy. A Night shift is available Wed-Sat.

The role requires computer proficiency, solid administrative capability, and a flexible approach to work, with an expectation to meet efficiency targets and maintain clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all delivery notes and ASN's are done efficiently and correctly, all paperwork must be double checked and delivery notes to be signed by the drivers.
• To ensure efficiency targets per hour standards are met and are improved
• To ensure plans are followed and any amendments are reported to your pick supervisor
• To ensure all produce is picked in line with the current product specification
• To ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to in all areas at all times
• Maintain a high level of communication with your own team, members of the operations team and members of Flamingo management team.
