Job summary

ScottishPower Energy Networks in Cambuslang (Hybrid) is seeking a Quality Analyst to lead the document control function across SP Energy Networks Projects. You will drive the transition from ProjectWise to Autodesk Construction Cloud and ensure project information is accurate, secure and accessible throughout the lifecycle.

With BIM in focus and ISO 19650, you will build governance, coordinate audits and report on performance while supporting continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with document management systems and governance processes.
• Knowledge of project delivery environments and contract models.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Experience supporting process improvement, audits and performance monitoring.
• Ability to analyse information, identify trends and develop practical solutions.
• Experience coordinating system migrations or implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for document control across SP Energy Networks Projects.
• Lead the transition from ProjectWise to Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Act as SME for document management systems with Quality, BIM, IT and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate audits, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Close-out historical projects and manage as-built documentation.
• Develop reporting on document control performance.
