Job Description:

Our client, a manufacturer of building materials based in the beautiful countryside surrounding Much Wenlock, is seeking a permanent, full-time Quality Control Supervisor to join their team and support ongoing development.

The role involves supervising the laboratory and conducting basic testing, overseeing and enhancing the ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems, coordinating internal and third-party audits, and assisting management with improvements as needed.

You will also be responsible for generating Safety Data Sheets and Environmental Product Declarations using specialized software (training provided), submitting environmental compliance data such as packaging waste to regulators, generating CE marks for products with support from QC and management, and creating COSHH risk assessments for materials used in the factory.

Salary:

£35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
