Placements24 is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead our QC team at a Randburg facility. You will implement and oversee QA processes, ensuring all manufactured products meet stringent standards and customer expectations.

You will manage quality inspectors, conduct audits, and collaborate with production and engineering to address issues. A strong background in ISO 9001 and SPC, plus proven leadership, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality Control supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and quality standards.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the quality control team, providing training and performance feedback.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Investigate quality complaints and non-conformances, implementing CAPA.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into all stages of the product lifecycle.
