Job summary

Greencore is hiring a Lead Quality Control Operative for the Holbeach St Marks site in Lincolnshire. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, accurate documentation and strict adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

You will monitor quality, check weights and temperatures, and contribute to continuous improvement across the site. A strong eye for detail and willingness to learn GMP practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Willingness to wear PPE.
• Ability to be hardworking and a good team player.
• Good understanding of English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality and complete paperwork accurately and on time, escalating any out of specification issues.
• Monitor QC paperwork to ensure quality is within specification.
• Maintain food safety standards through continuous checks of weight, temperature and traceability using attribute sheets.
