Job summary

Greencore operates a Hygiene Operative role at our Holbeach St Marks site in Lincolnshire. You will help maintain high cleanliness standards across fast-paced production areas, ensuring safe and compliant hygiene practices to support top-quality products.

Joining a supportive team, you’ll follow PPE and food safety rules, participate in on-the-job training, and contribute to audit readiness while progressing within our large multinational company.

Qualifications

• Drive and ambition to perform in a fast-paced hygienic environment.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safe and effective use of cleaning chemicals per COSHH.
• Strip and clean basic equipment and machinery; maintain hygiene.
• Carry out deep cleans and routine sanitation across lines.
• Report issues promptly to supervisors.
