Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider; this role offers QA admin support to maintain GDP compliance and robust QMS processes across internal and supplier activities. You will help ensure audits are prepared, documents updated, and KPIs tracked.

You will coordinate QA scheduling, CAPA, change control, and supplier management while liaising with stakeholders to sustain high quality and regulatory readiness. A background with GDP, ISO 9001/13485 and SAP is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA administration and QMS activities.
• Familiar with GDP, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
• Experience supporting audits and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA support to ensure GDP and Arvato procedures are followed.
• Support QA scheduling of suppliers, internal audits and annual reviews.
• Maintain change control, deviation and CAPA records and effectiveness.
• Collate data for reports, KPIs and quality metrics.
• Assist client audits or regulatory inspections with document prep.
• Support Supplier Management verifications and audit actions.
• Aid QMS activities in line with GDP, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding QMS activities and non-conformities.
• Assist with client onboarding ensuring QMS compliance and SAP testing.
