Job summary

Commercial Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Quality Manager to join its Governance and Strategy division. You will lead Group-wide ISO certifications and drive continuous improvement to keep services compliant, high-quality and fit for purpose. The role offers hybrid working arrangements at Kings Hill, Kent.

You will report on quality performance, collaborate with service managers, and provide expert guidance on quality, environmental, information security and health & safety matters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management and the design of effective controls.
• Experience of leading quality improvement and external certification projects.
• Experience of planning and delivering internal audits.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret legislation, standards and customer requirements.
• Ability to use data to identify trends, root causes, risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing Group-wide ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 27001) to ensure standards are achieved and embedded.
• Supporting internal and external audits with prompt corrective actions.
• Strengthening compliance, controls and risk management with service managers.
• Building relationships across CSG to embed best practice in service delivery.
• Preparing reports, KPIs, gap analyses and insights for decision making and improvement.
• Reviewing processes to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Supporting customer experience standards, including feedback handling.
• Maintaining BMS documentation and records.
• Providing expert advice on quality, environmental, information security and health & safety.
