Leaders in Care are partnering with a care group to appoint a Nursing-qualified Quality and Compliance Manager based in Stockport, with travel across the North and South. You will drive quality assurance, governance and regulatory compliance across multiple homes to deliver safe, person-centred care.

You will audit services, support managers, review incidents, and maintain inspection readiness, reporting on quality performance and progress. NMC registration and strong CQC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance in care homes.
• Experience in quality assurance, compliance or care home leadership.
• Ideally, previous experience as a Home Manager.
• Ability to challenge poor practice constructively and support teams to improve.
• Willingness to travel regularly across homes in the North and South.

Quality and Compliance Manager

Location: Ideally based in Stockport, with travel across homes in the North and South.
Salary: Circa £65,000.

Are you a qualified nurse with a strong background in care home quality and compliance? This is an opportunity to help improve standards across a portfolio of homes, working closely with managers to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.

Our client is looking for a nurse-qualified Quality and Compliance Manager, ideally based in Stockport. Previous care home management experience would be advantageous.

The role
