Job summary

TWI Certification Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Section Manager - Quality to lead the Quality Team and maintain the QMS across products and services. This role will act as line-lead for the Quality Team and drive implementation of their objectives.

You will oversee audits, ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements, and report outcomes to senior leadership. Travel within the UK and abroad is required.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage quality team activities.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS).
• Coordinate audits and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and maintain the QMS to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Audit venues, examining bodies and training bodies for compliance.
• Provide guidance on Ofqual requirements and report audit outcomes to leadership.
