Job summary

Kevin Theobald Employment Agency seeks an experienced Quality & Compliance Executive to enhance the company’s quality controls and compliance across UK offices, with a Heathrow-based role and some hybrid flexibility after probation.

The ideal candidate will drive internal audits, manage QMS and incident reporting, and collaborate with regional managers to achieve QA goals. Travel within the UK and potentially Europe may occur.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quality/compliance role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting.
• Strong data entry and document management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
• Creative, articulate thinker with clear ideas.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Energetic, polished, and personable.
• ISO9001 knowledge and/or HMRC Customs/Compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Administration to implement quality and compliance controls.
• Carry out internal quality audits for UK offices (remote and in-person).
• Assist in third-party audits of QMS with accrediting bodies.
• Manage QMS and incident reporting; follow up actions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Identify risk areas and drive improvements.
• Engage with regional managers to meet QA goals.
• Create and distribute staff surveys on practices awareness.
• Conduct training presentations internally and for customers.
• Analyze data and produce reporting for leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date records aligned with ISO and accreditations.
• Understand business drivers and integrate into daily tasks.
• Adopt digital solutions to streamline processes.
• Build relationships across the company at all levels.
• Be an inspirational team player.
