Job summary

TWI Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Team and maintain the QMS, ensuring products and services meet quality standards. The role includes audits of examining bodies, venues, and training bodies, and managing UKAS accreditation and external audits.

Qualifications

• Quality management experience with QMS oversight.
• Auditing and compliance knowledge for regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Review, update and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance.
• Plan and conduct audits of exam bodies, venues and ATBs.
• Manage UKAS accreditation and external audits; report outcomes to leadership.
