Job summary

Procurement Heads Ltd is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to own and drive our Integrated Management System across a regulated manufacturing group. You will lead governance, audits and continuous improvement, working with Operations, Technical, Engineering and Senior Leadership to ensure ISO frameworks reflect practice and regulatory expectations.

You will oversee documentation, investigations and corrective actions, ensuring audit readiness and alignment with strategic objectives while

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ISO-based quality and compliance systems
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Experience in regulated manufacturing/COMAH environments with governance significance
• Ability to understand and challenge technical investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Exposure to customer, certification and regulatory audit processes
• Strong stakeholder management with influence across all levels
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and sites
• Continuous improvement mindset with systems/process development
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving capabilities
• Credibility to work with operational teams, technical specialists and external auditors
• Scientific or technical qualification advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Integrated Management System across the business
• Maintain ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance and coordinate external certification
• Coordinate audits, regulatory requirements and corrective actions
• Own and manage management system documentation and site alignment
• Drive governance, compliance and continuous improvement across sites
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Technical and Engineering teams
• Provide governance and audit readiness across the organisation
• Support future compliance developments and new standards implementation
• Drive digitalisation of management systems and KPI reporting
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external auditors
