Procurement Heads are seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to take ownership of the company's Integrated Management System and drive compliance, governance and continuous improvement activities across the business.

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of the company's quality and compliance framework, ensuring management systems accurately reflect operational practices whilst supporting the business through an evolving regulatory landscape.
Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Manufacturing, Technical, Engineering and Leadership teams, you'll be responsible for maintaining and developing ISO-accredited systems, coordinating audits, managing compliance requirements and driving process improvements across multiple sites.
You’ll have significant visibility across the organisation and play a critical role in ensuring governance, compliance and operational excellence standards continue to evolve.
