Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction/housebuilding or related sector.
• Experience designing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience with senior leadership and business-wide improvement programmes.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Launch, own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage document control and change management across departments.
• Conduct compliance reviews and audits; report to Executive Team on performance.
