Job summary

Gleeson Homes is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to lead the design, development and continuous improvement of the company-wide Quality Management System (QMS).

You will drive audits, assurance reporting and governance across Construction, Technical, Commercial, Health & Safety, Land, Planning, Sales and Customer Care to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing and managing QMS.
• Strong knowledge of QA, governance and risk management.
• Experience leading audits and compliance reviews.
• Track record of driving improvements and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch, management and ongoing improvement of the QMS across Gleeson Homes.
• Oversee document control, policies and standards across functions.
• Embed quality controls in Construction, Technical, Commercial, H&S, Land, Sales and Customer Care.
• Develop and deliver annual Quality & Compliance Assurance Programme.
• Conduct audits and compliance reviews; report to senior leadership.
