Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator in Medway, Kent, offering a competitive £28,000 per annum salary. The role focuses on quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.

You will manage documentation, support audits, and report on KPIs while providing administrative support to the supply chain team. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and good MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quality, compliance, or administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and methodical approach to work.
• Experience working in regulated or manufacturing environments (desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs.
• Investigate and log non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are followed up.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
• Provide administrative support to the supply chain team.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
