Greenyard is seeking an Assistant Quality Manager to support the on-site Quality Manager. The role involves KPI reporting, handling customer complaints, supplier non-conformance management, and contributing to internal audits.

You will work with the technical team to align audit templates with COP and BRCGS guidelines, maintain non-conformance logs, and support continuous improvements in health, safety and environment. Based at our Boston site, Lincolnshire.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a Quality/Technical Supervisory role.
• Experience in food manufacturing and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Quality Manager in KPI reporting and trend analysis.
• Log and investigate customer complaints; manage supplier non-conformances.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with COP and BRCGS guidelines.
