Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Quality & Compliance framework across the client account, delivering governance, audits, and proactive site engagement. You will own key processes and provide assurance through reporting and CAPA management.

The role requires working with site teams, technical leads and operations to embed compliance in daily activities, drive improvements, maintain trackers and KPIs, and escalate risks when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, quality, or audit roles within FM, life sciences, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Experience supporting audits and managing corrective actions.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capability.
• Proficient in IT systems and compliance tools.
• Exposure to engineering or technical compliance environments.
• Continuous improvement or quality qualification (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).
• Root Cause Analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with stakeholders and SMEs to drive CAPA.
• Coordinate deviation workflows to meet procedural requirements and certification for minor deviations.
• Support delivery of internal and external audit programmes and plan follow-ups.
• Maintain governance through compliance trackers, dashboards and reporting tools; escalate risks as needed.
• Embed compliance into day-to-day site activities and support audit closure with cross-functional teams.
• Produce regular compliance reporting and KPIs; analyze data for trends and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and contribute to standardised procedures.
• Support cross-site consistency and alignment with customer procedures and work order systems.
