Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Quality & Compliance framework across the client account. The role delivers audits, reporting and proactive engagement with site teams while driving continuous improvement across the account.

You will own key processes, manage CAPA actions, and provide governance insight through dashboards and KPIs to ensure regulatory and client requirements are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in compliance, quality, or audit roles within FM, life sciences, or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Experience supporting audits and managing corrective actions.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capability.
  • Proficient in IT systems and compliance tools.
  • Exposure to engineering or technical compliance environments.
  • Continuous improvement or quality qualification (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Root Cause Analysis experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support root cause investigations and RCA with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate deviation workflow to meet procedures.
  • Assist in audit planning, execution and follow-up.
  • Maintain audit readiness across sites.
  • Contribute to integration and routine oversight of client requirements and partner with client teams.
  • Maintain compliance trackers, dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Provide data insights and status updates for governance forums.
  • Escalate risks, non-compliance and trends where appropriate.

Job Purpose:

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting and delivering the Quality & Compliance framework across the client account, ensuring that operational, technical and regulatory requirements are consistently achieved.

The role combines hands-on compliance delivery with ownership of key processes, providing assurance through audits, reporting, and proactive engagement with site teams while supporting continuous improvement across the account

Key Tasks:
Root Cause Analysis and Deviation
  • Certification for Minor Deviation investigations.
  • Manage deviation workflow to meet procedural requirements.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with various stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Creation and management of effective CAPA managed in the client systems through closure.
Compliance & Audit Management
  • Support the delivery of the internal and external audit programme
  • Coordinate audit planning, preparation and follow-up activities
  • Always maintain audit readiness across all sites
  • Contribute to the integration and routine oversight of the client's stated requirements and partner with the client's internal team members.
Governance & Assurance
  • Support the implementation of the compliance and assurance framework
  • Maintain and update compliance trackers, dashboards and reporting tools
  • Provide input into governance forums through:
    • Data insights
    • Reporting packs
    • Status updates
  • Escalate risks, non-compliance and trends where appropriate
Operational Support & Engagement
  • Work closely with site teams, Technical Leads and Operations teams to:
    • Embed compliance into day-to-day activity
    • Support closure of audit findings
    • Improve process adherence
  • Provide guidance on compliance requirements and expectations in alignment with customer procedures, work order systems, etc.
  • Support consistency across multiple sites and service lines
Systems, Data & Reporting
  • Maintain and manage compliance systems and documentation
  • Produce regular reporting, including:
    • Audit performance
    • Action tracking
    • Compliance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyse data to identify:
    • Trends
    • Risks
    • Opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of compliance records.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve compliance processes
  • Support the development of standardised procedures and best practice
  • Contribute to wider quality and assurance initiatives
  • Promote a strong compliance and quality culture across the account
Scope & Accountability

Accountability for:

  • Delivery of assigned compliance activities and reporting
  • Accurate tracking and closure of audit actions

Shared accountability for:

  • Audit programme effectiveness
  • Compliance performance across sites
  • No direct line management responsibility, but strong influencing role across stakeholders
  • Cross-functionality within department through training and collaboration.
Person Specification:
