The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Manage all aspects of incidences related to raw materials, including daily spot checks and maintaining the Focus list, collaborating with Purchasing to resolve issues.
• Conduct follow-up visits or Teams calls with suppliers as needed.
• Collect raw materials for sampling.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the Evolve system for traceability.
• Support High Care QA with raw material issues.
• Verify supplier traceability to source.

The Ideal Candidate

We value collaboration and diversity. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in quality/technical/raw material QA in a fast-paced, chilled food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of food safety legislation, Level 3 or higher Food Hygiene, Level 3 HACCP.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in a cold environment producing meat-based products.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
