Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Salary: £30,000

What are we looking for?

We seek energetic and passionate individuals to support our production team by receiving products into the factory. No experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Complete and maintain all necessary paperwork accurately.
  • Audit compliance against QMS, GMP, Food Safety, Fabrication, and HACCP controls.
  • Raise non-conformance reports against relevant standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the operational team to implement and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Conduct sampling for microbiological and chemical analysis, including microbiology testing, nutritional testing, water sampling, and swabbing, and log results in the lab system.
  • Support NPD trials, pre-pros, and production launches.
  • Provide technical support and advice to the operational team.
  • Assist in complaint investigations.
  • Ensure the site remains audit-ready daily by maintaining hygiene, health & safety, and document control standards.
  • Prepare and facilitate taste panels, ensuring accurate communication of results.
  • Conduct validation and verification checks against CCP and Food Safety controls.
  • Calibrate measurement equipment as scheduled.
  • Follow all guidelines related to chemicals and equipment, adhering strictly to onsite HACCP procedures.
