The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Performing checks and audits on meat and non-meat ingredients (GMP, traceability, fabrication, etc.) to monitor food safety compliance and preparing reports
• Calibrating scales, temperature probes, and measuring devices
• Collecting micro samples, water samples, and environmental swabs
• Monitoring production lines to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance with customer requirements
• Participating in daily taste panels and logging results in spreadsheets
• Auditing production documentation and procedures, including foreign body controls such as glass and hard plastic audits

• Experience in a quality or technical role within food manufacturing or a relevant food-related qualification

• Ability to work in a cold environment on a site producing meat-based products
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
