Job Description

1. Ensure Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Regulatory Compliance, adhering to local and international health and safety standards.
2. Understand specifications from goods receipt to dispatch to the airside.
3. Communicate non-conformances at all stages of Quality Assurance to relevant departments—Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and Transport.
4. Train QA team members and all DO&CO employees to ensure compliance with customer specifications and SOPs.
5. Maintain close collaboration with operational departments, ensuring continuous information flow regarding quality and production performance.
6. Liaise with production management to ensure SOP adherence and proper staff training.
7. Assign work shifts for QA staff.
8. Lead internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
9. Support the Quality Assurance management team as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food industry in a similar role.
• Training in food hygiene, HACCP, or quality management, with professional experience in food safety.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Assurance standards.
• Highly results-oriented with strong self-organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Resilience under stress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information effectively to all levels, from executive leadership to hourly employees.
