Job summary

A leading aerospace organization in the UK is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to own and improve their Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in aerospace quality and experience with EN9100 / EN9120. Responsibilities include leading audits, supporting quality matters, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role offers flexible and hybrid working options along with a high visibility opportunity within the organization.

Qualifications

• Background in aerospace, defence, or manufacturing quality.
• Strong working knowledge of EN9100 / EN9120.
• Comfortable with regular UK site travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the EN9100 / EN9120 QMS.
• Plan and lead internal audits across multiple sites.
• Support department managers on quality matters.
• Investigate quality escapes using 8D methodology.
• Respond to regulatory and legislative queries.
• Advise on ITAR, Export Control, REACH, RoHS compliance.
• Contribute to management reviews and CI initiatives.

Are you a hands-on Quality Manager with aerospace experience who enjoys owning the QMS end-to-end and working closely with the business? This is a high-impact role within an established, aerospace organisation operating across two UK sites.
