Are you from a construction or apprenticeship background looking to step into a leadership role where you can shape the future of the next generation of skilled tradespeople?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning training provider as a Quality Assurance Leader, leading quality, performance, and innovation across their Construction Apprenticeship provision.

In this role, you'll oversee a team of assessors and reviewers across trades such as Electrical Installation and Plumbing, ensuring every apprentice receives exceptional training and support. You'll drive continuous improvement, develop staff, and maintain outstanding delivery standards across the centre.

This position would suit someone with experience in construction or apprenticeship delivery, qualified to at least Level 3 in a relevant trade, with teaching, assessing, or IQA experience, and a genuine passion for raising standards and developing others.

The Role:
