Job summary

Vanrath is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA efforts on a major project. You will act as the central point for quality matters, liaising with clients and supply chains to ensure documentation, audits, and compliance meet stringent standards.

The role requires knowledge of ITPs, material certifications, and technical documentation, with ISO 9001/ Six Sigma certifications highly desirable. Strong coordination with technical teams and adherence to milestones are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ITPs, material certification, and technical documentation standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) are highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Act as central point for all quality matters on the project, liaising with clients and supply chain partners.
• Review and create required documentation such as ITPs, material certifications, and manuals to meet both client and internal standards.
• Coordinate inspection points and witness inspections to ensure compliance and progress within project timelines.
• Work closely with technical teams to develop and review O&M manuals and associated documentation aligned with project and client requirements.
• Ensure all audits and project milestones are achieved on schedule, maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance
