Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee quality on construction projects. You will report to the QA Manager, provide QA guidance to the project team, and ensure compliance with the quality plan and client expectations.

The role requires experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001, NCR processes, and strong root-cause analysis skills. You will engage with stakeholders to drive improvements and maintain high quality standards across delivery activities.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in a quality-based role, ideally civil engineering.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
• Experience with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes.
• Root-cause analysis methods (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) desirable.
• Ability to discuss complex quality issues with stakeholders and persuade outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Quality Matters on Construction Projects.
• Reports to the QA Manager on progress and issues with project quality.
• Provide QA advice to the Project Team.
• Audit construction activities for compliance with the quality plan.
• Prepare QMP and ITP with the Project Manager, obtaining client acceptance.
• Lead internal and external quality audits at all stages of delivery.
