Job summary

JRL Fabrications Ltd., part of the JRL Group, is recruiting for an experienced QA/QI professional at its Nottingham manufacturing facility. You will lead quality checks across production, ensure procedures are followed, and drive continuous improvement in inspection processes.

We require five years of relevant experience, strong time management, excellent communication skills, and a highly organised, detail‑oriented approach. Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm, on site.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a similar QA/QI role.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, reliable and honest in approach.

Responsibilities

• QI at goods in, in process and final checks

JRL Fabrications specializes in the manufacture and delivery of structural steel beams based in the heart of the country in Nottingham.

JRL Fabrications are currently recruiting for an experience QA/QI at our manufacturing facility in Nottingham.

Working Monday to Friday (7am - 5pm)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring quality check procedures are followed at every stage of production
• Creating procedure checklists and coordinating with other inspectors
• Documenting any quality issues and creating a system for recording such documentation
• QI at goods in, in process and final checks
• Record NCR's and corrective action

Requirements:

• Effective time management
