Job summary

Trent Precast Concrete Ltd, part of the JRL Group, is seeking a Quality Checker to ensure dimensional accuracy against manufacturing drawings in its Nottingham facility.

You will report to the Quality Manager and Factory Manager, review dimensions, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement; suitable for Civil Engineering graduates or those with precast experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in precast or GRC.
• Ability to read manufacture drawings and understand measurements.
• Keen eye for detail and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Quality Manager and Factory Manager.
• Checking against manufacture drawings, comparing dimensions and elements.
• Providing feedback to Quality Manager and Factory Manager regarding checks.

Requirements of Quality Checker

• Experience in precast or GRC / Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering or similar construction subject.
• Ability to read manufacture drawings and understand measurements is primary.
• Keen eye for detail and great communicator.

Responsibilities of Quality Checker

• Reporting to Quality Manager and Factory Manager.
• Checking against specific manufacture drawings comparing dimensions and all elements.
• Providing feedback to Quality Manager and Factory Manager regarding logged checks and issues.
