Job summary

Siemens Energy in Lincoln invites you to join the Product Quality team to ensure the quality and reliability of our Small Gas Turbine products. You will work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive quality excellence across the manufacturing process.

You will conduct audits, analyze data, implement corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet the highest standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Engineering or equivalent.
• Auditor qualification and at least 3 years in Quality Engineering or related role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Six Sigma quality methodologies.
• Experience with quality tools including SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis, and statistical data analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance activities to support adherence to industry regulations and quality management systems.
• Analyze quality data and trends, identifying opportunities for corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to investigate quality concerns, resolve issues, and improve processes.
• Support new product development activities, provide quality expertise, and deliver training on quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
