• Experience implementing quality management systems and audits.
• Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma principles and improvement techniques experience.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead the internal audit programme, ensuring schedules meet quality requirements.
• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System for effectiveness and value.
• Capture, monitor, and report quality performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Lead quality improvement programmes across the business using Lean Six Sigma.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvement workstreams and support cost-reduction targets.
