Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to shape and govern quality across our production processes. You will develop QA protocols, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant products.

Key focus areas include data-driven quality analysis, corrective actions, and mentoring colleagues in QA methodologies to support our low-emission power generation solutions.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 4-5 in engineering or equivalent.
• Auditor qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
• Proficient in statistical analysis and quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

What You Bring
