Your primary responsibilities

• Work closely with the CTO to improve overall quality assurance efficiency and effectiveness throughout the product design and engineering process.
• Collaborate with engineering managers and QA engineers in product groups, actively participating in scrum meetings, sprint planning, daily standups, demos, retrospectives, and estimation sessions.
• Contribute to the success of all product groups by ensuring users receive valuable, well-functioning new features.
• Develop and execute testing plans based on feature specifications, outlining step-by-step actions for each user role to verify functionality.
• Identify, document, and report bugs or unusual behaviors, creating and assigning bug tickets for resolution.
• Verify bug fixes after engineers address them, repeating tests as necessary.
