Responsibilities

1. Ensure platform stability, robustness, and scalability for high concurrent user levels.
2. Act as a technical leader in quality assurance practices, test automation, and tooling.
3. Identify systemic quality issues and lead initiatives to improve development and testing processes.
4. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and uphold quality standards.
5. Champion adoption of new testing tools and methodologies.
6. Maintain high technical standards and foster a culture of quality within the team.
