ABOUT NATTER

️Natter harnesses AI and video to give everyone a voice, built by a team of ex-Uber, WeWork, and Amazon professionals. We are seeking a Staff QA Engineer.

Natter is used by major companies, from PwC to Legal and General, and Miro.

Our platform enables real-time video feedback from anyone with a smartphone, impacting workplace strategy and product development.

Remote (EU, GMT +- 3 hours)

STAFF QA ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have ownership of technical challenges, shaping the Natter platform:

• Ensure platform stability, robustness, and scalability for high concurrency.
• Lead quality assurance practices, test automation, and tooling.
• Identify systemic issues, propose improvements, and lead initiatives.
• Collaborate to define quality standards and best practices.
• Champion new testing tools and methodologies.
• Maintain high technical standards and foster a culture of quality.

Tools and Technologies:

• Typescript & Playwright, Qase, Github & Gitlab, Sentry & Datadog, AWS

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years in software QA, with leadership experience.
• Expertise in scalable test automation frameworks.
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and resolving team challenges.
• Track record of delivering resilient systems, ideally in consumer products.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience testing high-performance frontend apps.
• Background in software development.
• Experience with event-driven architectures.
• Performance engineering skills.
• Start-up environment experience.
