We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing Data team, based either from our Basingstoke or Wembley Office. You'll take our hybrid approach working from home and in the office 2 days per week.

The Role:

As a QA Engineer, you'll be an essential part of our Release Management team, helping ensure the quality and reliability of our products before they reach our customers and colleagues. Key responsibilities include:

1. Develop and manage our Quality Assurance approach across digital products.
2. Carry out manual testing.
3. Translate user stories into test cases and execute them using test management tools.
4. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and other key stakeholders.
5. Track bugs, manage regression test suites, and sign off releases with confidence.
6. Keep our QA practices forward-thinking by bringing in new ideas and tools.

What we're looking for:

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Confidence working within Agile environments.
• An appetite for learning and a drive to continually improve.

Bonus points if you've got an ISTQB qualification, some automation and API experience, or have worked with tools like M365, TOGAF, or ITIL.
