Job summary

Taiko in the UK seeks an experienced Quality Manager to uphold the highest quality, safety, and compliance across operations, ensuring products meet regulatory and customer standards.

You will develop auditing programs, manage daily QA checks, and lead investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience with BRCGS and customer-specific standards.
• Auditing programs including GMP, glass, wood and physical audits.
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with BRCGS standards.
• Ensure compliance with customer standards and COP.
• Manage internal audits and non-conformances.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain auditing programs including GMP, glass/wood/physical audits.
• Conduct daily QA checks and assess raw materials specifications.
• Provide training for new starters.
• Act as main contact for pest control and chemical suppliers.
