Job summary

Bishop Auckland College Group seeks a proactive Quality Administrator to support the Quality & HE team. You will provide efficient admin support to the Quality Assurance Manager and wider team, helping with meetings, surveys and feedback, and maintaining the Quality Management System.

The role also involves assisting with internal audits and handling Data Protection and Freedom of Information requests, requiring strong organisational and IT skills and a high degree of confidentiality.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent is essential.
• Excellent organisational and IT skills are required.
• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure with high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Quality Assurance Manager and team.
• Administer meetings, surveys and feedback processes.
