Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Associate to join our CDO division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our distribution base, supporting our corporate growth aspirations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks. You will work closely with Pen trading divisions, central services colleagues, and external clients to uphold our high standards of quality and compliance.


How you'll make an impact

  • Collaborate with the Head of Agency and the Agency team to deliver the Quality Assurance program effectively.
  • Conduct quality assessments at third-party agent premises across the UK and Ireland, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage time efficiently, set appointments, and plan forward with strong organizational skills.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Identify potential risks and seek guidance as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with various business divisions, internal and external customers, and team members.
  • Keep detailed records and manage data to communicate assessment results and identify trends.
  • Review and analyze data, draw conclusions, and propose improvements.

About You

  • Educated to secondary school standard or equivalent.
  • Progression towards Cert CII qualification or relevant audit qualifications is desirable.
  • UK Driving License.

Experience:

  • Knowledge of the FCA’s product governance and distribution rules is desirable.
  • Relevant experience in the insurance sector and/or experience in delivering internal/external audits.

Skills:

  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ethical awareness in customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail.

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
