The Harborne Hospital in Birmingham is seeking a Governance and MDT Coordinator on a fixed term contract until April 2027. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week), with shifts 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00 and flexibility for out-of-hours MDT meetings.
You will support the Governance Team with incident, risk and complaints management, prepare governance reports, and coordinate MDT meetings to ensure high-quality clinical input and efficient decision-making for patient care.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Governance and MDT Coordinator to join our Governance Team at The Harborne Hospital in Birmingham.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Governance, providing vital support in the day-to-day management of the hospital’s quality and risk framework, including incident, risk, and complaints management. You will also contribute to the preparation of insightful reports and action plans that support key governance meetings and drive continuous improvement.
You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining effective governance processes for the hospital’s Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will ensure these meetings run efficiently and that clinicians are supported with high-quality administrative input—enabling collaborative decision-making and the delivery of exceptional patient care.
