Provider Services supports adults across Salford to live fulfilling, independent and connected lives. We help and support people with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mental health needs, physical and complex health conditions, helping people achieve their goals and maintain choice and control over their lives.
As a Quality and Compliance Officer within Adult Social Care Provider Services, you will be responsible for promoting and embedding a culture of quality, safety, continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across Provider Services. You will provide assurances that services are delivered in accordance with legislative requirements, organisational policies, quality standards and best practice guidance.
You will join an experienced team, with a clear vision to provide exemplary care and support, while supporting service growth in line with the council’s Market Position Statement and Adult Social Care Improvement Plan. You will support innovative practice, promote positive change and enhance quality of care. Learning will be proactively shared to direct and support service improvement.

Provider Services delivers a wide range of personalised support across Salford through supported living services, community hubs, specialist centres, respite provision and rehabilitation support. Our focus is on enabling people to live independently, stay connected to their communities and achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.
Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check – currently £49.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months’ salary payments at a rate of £12.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £49.50.
