Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is seeking a motivated Warranty Specialist Analyst to join our busy Customer Claims team. This role involves investigating returned products, conducting inspections and technical assessments, and raising warranty claims.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, workshop, technical support or customer service.
• Mechanical or mechatronics knowledge gained through qualifications or practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to investigations.
• Hydraulics knowledge would be advantageous.
