Quality Assurance Administrator

At GTS Finance, we’re working in partnership with a respected and forward-thinking financial services firm. Our client is known for their supportive culture and commitment to delivering high standards of service to their clients and partners.

About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our client’s Quality Assurance team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that new business processes are compliant, accurate, and efficient.

You’ll be supporting advisers and internal departments by checking documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with data accuracy — all key elements in delivering a first-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance checking and processing of new business submissions
  • Supporting internal teams and advisers with queries related to documentation and provider correspondence
  • Maintaining electronic records and updating databases accurately
  • Assisting in the production of reports and management information
  • Providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Executive
  • Participating in ongoing training and development

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
  • A proactive and positive approach with a “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload and stay calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or financial services admin role is desirable
  • Competent IT and numeracy skills
