At Mountain Healthcare, we are looking for a passionate, determined, and resilient individual to join our team as a Governance & Quality Administrator.

We seek someone to develop and implement a robust health and safety management system across the company, promoting high standards of health and safety management in all work environments, ensuring safe practices for staff, visitors, and contractors.

Job Opportunity

We want a Governance & Quality Administrator who can foster a positive culture and actively promote innovation within the company. The role involves implementing effective methods to promote health and safety and safe working practices daily.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Main Duties
  • Maintain and update the validation library, including document archiving and control.
  • Disseminate updates and changes to documents, keeping records of distribution.
  • Manage and maintain the MH Document Control Master list to ensure ISO 15189:2022 compliance.
  • Coordinate document review processes according to MH policies.
  • Take notes during meetings and distribute them as needed.
  • Collate actions from audits.
  • Manage the Governance inbox and Health & Safety inbox.
  • Assist with grammar, proofreading, and formatting of documents.
  • Manage the Governance & Quality SharePoint site and intranet section.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
  • Support document typing and general administrative tasks.
  • Participate in necessary training.
  • Adhere to all Mountain Healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties.
Essential Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience supporting meetings, including minute-taking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Comfort communicating with senior management
  • Level 3 (A’ Level equivalent) reading and writing skills
  • Minimum 3 years UK residency to meet police vetting requirements
Desirable Skills
  • Full driving license and access to a car
  • Understanding of governance in healthcare
  • Experience with document quality assurance and formatting
