We Are Aspire Ltd, based in London, is seeking a Qualitative Consultant (B2B) to lead research workstreams, interview stakeholders, and deliver commercially relevant recommendations for tech and telecom clients. The role includes presenting findings and managing client queries, with opportunities to support proposals and develop new opportunities.

They are looking for a new senior member of the team at a Consultant level to really drive the company forward in the coming years:

KEY DUTIES

• Own research workstreams, developing materials, conducting interviews, analysing evidence and delivering clear recommendations that shape compelling client stories.
• Present findings, manage routine client queries, update colleagues on progress, dependencies and risks, escalating complex issues appropriately.
• Support junior colleagues, contribute to proposals and identify potential client needs that could develop into new opportunities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Three-plus years in consultancy, research or strategic design, with experience solving technology challenges across B2B or B2C.
• Own research workstreams, manage deadlines, develop research materials, conduct interviews, analyse data and deliver clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
• Present findings, support colleagues, manage client queries and build repeatable AI-powered tools, dashboards or workflows that improve delivery.
