Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in management or research consultancy, strategic insights or strategic design.
• Substantial experience across B2B and B2C technology projects.
• Proven ability to lead engagements, teams and project economics.
• Strong qualitative research, analytical and commercial skills.
• Confident translating complex findings into practical recommendations.
• Experienced in senior client management and developing colleagues.
• Experience building or improving AI-enabled products, services or tools; coding skills are a bonus.
