Job summary

Royal Mail in Carmarthen is seeking a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician for a permanent role in our Carmarthen Workshop. You will work full time (39.5 hours) on a rotating shift pattern and can earn up to £45k including overtime.

Salary in detail: base £40,906 with a weekly shift allowance and weekend supplements. You will join a large fleet operation, maintain a variety of makes and models, benefit from a training plan, PPE provided, and access to non-discount perks.

Qualifications

• Advanced level vehicle maintenance qualification (IMI Level 3).
• Experience on a range of vehicles including LCV/HGV.
• Full manual UK driving licence, trailer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on vehicles, trailers and equipment.
• Use your toolkit for routine maintenance on light and heavy vehicles.
• Access to specialist tooling and modern workshop facilities.
