Flexible day-to-day work, short-term and long-term placements available to fit your availability and ambitions. DBS check required or willing to apply; experience with SEND welcomed. Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification, such as Level 2 or Level 3, or an equivalent qualification.
• Have previous experience supporting children within an educational setting.
• Are confident supporting pupils both individually and in groups.
• Are patient, caring and proactive.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are reliable and adaptable.
• Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one.

Qualified Teaching AssistantsTeaching Tomorrow are looking for qualified Teaching Assistants to support schools across our local areas.We are keen to speak with experienced and qualified TAs looking for anything from flexible day-to-day work through to regular, long-term positions.Whether you're looking for a few days each week, returning to education or ready for your next full-time role, we can work around your availability and help you find opportunities that suit you.

The Role

• Supporting pupils within the classroom
• Providing 1:1 and small-group intervention
• Supporting pupils with additional learning or SEND needs
• Assisting the class teacher with lessons and activities
• Helping pupils remain engaged and focused
• Supporting positive behaviour within the classroom
• Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements
